CSI Group is a multi-faceted organization headquartered in Lexington, Kentucky and Toyota City, Japan. Founded in 2002 with the initial purpose of providing Japanese and English translation services for local businesses, we have grown to include additional consulting services, turn-key automation solutions, robot teaching, and import/integration services for the automotive industry.

We provide advanced solutions for the automation of industrial production processes with an emphasis on robotic automation systems designed to improve operational efficiencies. We mainly serve the automotive industry, with Toyota as our primary customer.

Global Capability

In 2017, we created CSI Japan, Inc., a subsidiary company located in Japan, to support our international business and initiatives. CSI Japan focuses on the Asian market and provides overflow support to North American and European projects. Located in Toyota-City, Japan, this is a global capital for automotive manufacturing.

Our US and Japan teams work cohesively as one global unit. We celebrate the diversity from market to market and relish the inherent challenges of operating in French, Chinese, American, Canadian and Mexican markets, sometimes all in the same month. We rotate members between the US and Japan for cross-training opportunities and to hone best-practices in each division. This holistic approach ensures that our team remains in lock-step with common goals and priorities.
